Baking: Some pretty wicked muffin tops!- although the muffins themselves are a little so so. The date and orange scones are massive and that kind of yummy bubbly consistency. I have tried to work out how they get them like that as there are a few places that have achieved this. My guess is buttermilk- but it is perhaps just one of life’s mysteries. $4.00
The Hummingbird Cake in another goody from Ironique- it has lots of icing and is so big it could replace a whole meal. The Carrot Cake is big and yummy also. From time to time the edges are a little dry. You can ask for your cake with cream and yoghurt which helps with this problem. $5.50
