Tasty sweets, some of many goodies including gluten-free chocolate cake and carrot cake.

Baking: A pretty good carrot cake here, smallish in size but tasty, moist and carroty $5.00. I once found a piece of egg shell in my slice, which put me off a little, but it is a really decent cake.

There is a gluten-free chocolate cake which is worth a try $6.00, generally good muffins $4.00, and some very tasty macarons. Stay away from the date scones, they look great but are often dry and not very flavoursome.

Gluten Free Options: Gluten-free chocolate cake $6.00- nice and dense. Just make sure you tell them not to heat it.

Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 7am- 5.00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8.00pm-5.00pm
Temperature & Sunshine factor: Warm and sunny. No outdoor seating but a good dollop of sunshine indoors can make up for that.
Table size: Very big tables, square tables, bar stools. Squishy seats and hard seats.
Ambiance: Nice and light. It feels like sitting in a big kitchen. You will be surrounded by dinky cups and pots, and nice foodstuffs from around the world- including yerba mate, dulce de leche, and syrup balsamic vinegar.

Brunch:
Coffee: $4.00 regular, quite bitter, but great if you’re looking for a nice strong coffee. Latte bowls for $4.50 are great- they don’t lose any strength with the size. Hot chocolates are also another goody- using real chocolate.
Service: Staff vary in their friendliness and warmth. Some are pretty grumpy and from time to time one can sense a bit of stress and tension. I think there may be quite a high turnover. The friendly member are really friendly though!
Bathrooms: Bathrooms are nicely functional. Not well ventilated, but include a baby-change table.
